Structure and construction features:

The core sheets are cut by the step-lap core lamination line from GEORG Co. of Germany. They are step-lapping which ensures a particularly favorable magnetic flux distribution at the joints. No-load loss, no-load current and noise are minimized

Bringing board construction is adopted. In order to strengthen ability of withstand short-circuit, we nail some pressure nails around pressure board and use support beam to connect HV and LV claps to make cores a whole. Otherwise, we paint special plastic to surface of core pole to make the silicon steel sheets link. After solidification, core sheets are a whole body so they can reduce noise and increase mechanical strength and prevent rust. Underside active part support wall of tank with strong electric pressure board in order to make underside active part fixed safely

HV winding is continuous model while LV winding is continuous or screwy model. And regulation windings are separate, so turns are even and mechanism power are minimized HV and LV windings use construction of conductor of oil which makes oil oriented, so oil stream will move heat away

Tanks structures are bell type and barrel type. The plates are curved to corrugated wall. Our tanks are good aesthetic, compact and high ability of mechanical strength. Avoiding leakage, there are fine machining flanges in key connection parts (bushings, pressure valves, switches etc.)
